Payment Policy

All payments are non-refundable.

Eligibility for credits is at the discretion of Praxis.

All deposits are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled fewer than 2 business days before the scheduled session time are charged the full session rate.

Deposits for courses and programs are strictly non-refundable and not eligible for credits.

Code of Conduct

In order to maintain a safe learning and healing environment for everyone, courteous, respectful behaviour is required.  Anyone speaking or acting in a manner which is rude, aggressive, abusive or disrespectful will be asked to leave to immediately with no refund or credit for any services unrendered.
