The Auras Expert will offer refunds of any paid services if the client voices their objection to the quality of the service within the first 10 minutes of any paid services. Clients who have obtained refunds for this reason may be refused additional services.

If any technological problems arises while a client is trying to access their product or service, it will be addressed and every attempt will be made to correct it. Alternative forms will be offered. Any client not satisfied by the alternative means will be eligible for a refund provided the service has not yet been provided. If a session has been provided in part, the client agrees to make every effort to use an alternative method to access their session in order to ensure a fair outcome for everyone.
We cannot be responsible for the quality, delivery or warranty of the products and services provided by our affiliates. All claims and concerns must be followed up by the client directly with the providing affiliate.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Payment Policy
To ensure continued quality and service, payment is required prior to the delivery of any service or product. Typically an invoice will be sent to you via e-mail requesting payment. Clients may pay by PayPal, Visa, cheque or other means, providing that payment is received prior to service. All payments are made through state-of-the-art technology and encrypted services.
Late Policy
For telephone services: it is your responsibility to ensure we have your correct phone number and that you are available to answer your telephone. At the beginning of each appointment there is a 10 minute ‘grace period'. A phone call will be placed at the scheduled time, if there is no answer a second call will be placed in 10 minutes. Any minutes after this 10 minute grace period will be deducted from your paid time allotment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of appointments with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.
Although you may receive a reminder for your appointments, it is your responsibility to be available for your appointments on time.
Acceptable Use
This site requires that users not access this site unless they are 18 years of age or older and legally entitled to do so in their place of residence or under legal guardian supervision. Any consequences resulting from unlawful use or accessing of this site will be solely the responsibility of the user.
All users agree to be honest and forthright when accessing services. Users found to be masking identities or providing false registrations, financial information or payments may be banned from the site and face consequences including but not limited to: being banned from the site, complaints to the offender's ISP, Civil Liabilities.
Fraud, namely credit card fraud, will not be tolerated and any offending parties will be prosecuted to the full extent possible.
